Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oakland, CA)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Oakland with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving procurement. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • PMP or CAPM certification.
