Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Oakland, CA)

Highbridge Mill Civic Services works with county and city offices around Oakland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving budget submissions. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
