Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (New Orleans, LA)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Partners is an environmental-services company in New Orleans with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving weigh tickets. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
