Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate Maple Manufacturing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
