Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (New Orleans, LA)

Clearpath Birch Arts Center is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
