Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Forge Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
