Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Wilder Medical is a Nashville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
