Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Glen Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Nashville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
