Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Forge Freight Group is a Nashville logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
