Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
