Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Harbor Care Services supports families and individuals in Minneapolis with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
