Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Meadow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Minneapolis supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
