Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Field Staffing places workers with employers around Minneapolis, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
