Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Ridge Medical Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification.
