Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Minneapolis, MN)

Greenridge Logistics serves drivers and dealerships across the Minneapolis region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 4 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
