Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Milwaukee, WI)

Nova Rowan Health is a healthcare provider in Milwaukee with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
