Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Wren Telecom Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
