Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Vale Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving capital projects. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
