Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Miami, FL)

Fernwood Timber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Miami. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory filings. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
