Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Miami focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
