Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Amber Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Miami region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
