Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Orchard Energy Group is an energy provider in Miami focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
