Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Miami, FL)

Highbridge Glen Inspection Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Miami. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
