Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Fern Facilities looks after properties across the Miami region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
