Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Miami, FL)

Redstone Maple Medical designs and makes medical devices in Miami. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
