Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Miami, FL)

Summit Quarry Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Miami. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
