Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Memphis, TN)

Stonegate Bridge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Memphis focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
