Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Madison, WI)

Lumen Amber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Madison. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
