Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Madison, WI)

Summit Field Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Madison. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 326 people based in Madison. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
