Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Madison, WI)

Northwind Harbor Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
