Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Birch Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Madison, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
