Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Madison, WI)

Northwind Union Hospitality is a hospitality company in Madison with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
