Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Nest Community Partners is a Madison charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
