Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Lakeside Transit Planning and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
