Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Louisville, KY)

Silverline Ivory Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
