Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Louisville, KY)

Ironwood Haven Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Louisville region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
