Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Louisville, KY)

Amberfield Sparrow Environmental Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
