Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Amber Housing manages affordable housing communities across Louisville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 585 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
