Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Union Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Louisville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
