Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Summit Auto Group is a Little Rock company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
