Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Meadow Medical and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
