Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Junction Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
