Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Mill Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Little Rock. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 412 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
