Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Juniper Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Little Rock, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
