Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Foxglove Rook Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Little Rock region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
