Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Harbor Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
