Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Nest Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
