Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Las Vegas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
