Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Bridge Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
