Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Meadow Auto Group Partners operates automotive service and parts businesses around Las Vegas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
